They are responsible for securing and monitoring the area under the Maritime Transport & Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003. To ensure the highest level of expertise, our MSGs undergo rigorous training and hold MSIC accreditation, which is a mandatory requirement for anyone who needs unescorted access to maritime security zones. In addition, our MSGs have undergone a formal training program that was developed by our Registered Training Organisation over 15 years ago, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques.
