Infront’s remote Monitoring Centre facility is staffed by highly trained Monitoring Officers who are dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ properties. Our Officers are specifically trained to operate and monitor a range of security systems including intruder alarms, building management systems, and CCTV surveillance equipment.

In the event of any signals or alarms being triggered, our Officers respond swiftly and effectively in accordance with clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client instructions. This allows our clients to have peace of mind, knowing that their property is being constantly monitored by experienced professionals, even when they are not physically present.
